PEANUT BUTTER CUPS Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
-1 TBSP all-natural peanut butter
-1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
-1-2 packets of Stevia
-4oz water
Method for Peanut Butter Cups
-Blend all the ingredients together in a blender
-Divide the peanut butter mixture into round muffin tins (USE a SILICONE tray!!!), filling about 3/4 full.
-Place filled muffin tin in freezer and let freeze for about an hour or until firm (Freeze any extra peanut butter cups for up to five days)
I highly recommend this recipe!

Have you ever had PB2? I LOVE it. I have the cocoa flavored and the regular and I like to sprinkle a little on my sugar free vanilla ice cream for a treat (reminds me reeses pb cup ice cream, the full sugar/fat kind!) and I also put it in smoothies, it's seriously amazing.0 -

Thanks for this recipe! I have made them almost everyday with both vanilla and chocolate protein powder, reduced fat pb, and special dark cocoa. They are fantastic! I just use good quality papers in a muffin tin. Even DH (AKA the Reese's Inhaler) enjoys them.0
