I am about that height, and I started at about 175. My goal was to lose 30 pounds...so I guess that makes my goal weight about 145. I am past half way there and already thrilled that clothes fit more comfortably. I am not looking to be a model, just be more comfortable in my own skin.0

I'm 5'7" and (this time) I started at 191 lbs. I was just under 181 lbs when I joined MFP. I'm currently at 143 lbs and my goal is 135 lbs. I'm pretty happy at 143, though, so if I can just tone some more, all will be awesome anyways. I wear a 4-6 or 3-7 in juniors, depends on what I'm trying on0

Hello all... I'm 5'7'' and currently weigh 132 lbs (started at 157). I am wondering what everyone's goal weight is for this height!? Trying to figure out what I want to look like haha... and thought it would help if I knew what YOU want to look like :P
I am the same height and my goal is 135lbs. I am currently at 149/148, I keep fluctuating.0 -
I am 5'7" and I started this journey @ 320lbs a little over a year ago! After having m sixth child and knowing we were done having kids I decided it was time to get my *kitten* in gear so I could be around for my children. In the past 13 months I have learned alot about myself! I currently have lost 73lbs and feel AWESOME! I still have tons to go, but my goal weight right now is to get to 200lbs. I know that is still not considered "Healthy" weight, but I figured giving myself a goal os losing 120lbs was enough for now. I will eventually lose more, but as of right now I am shooting for 200lbs0

I am 5' 7" . My goal weight is 140. I graduated high school at 135. Still have about 17 lbs to go. Didn't lose any weight this week but I know it is better to go slow. Sometimes I will lose 1.5 lbs in a week. I now have to start lowering my sweets even more. Yuck!!! I am now 33 and I also know that my metabolism isn't like when I was 18 so if I get to 150 and feel good there then that is fine. We'll see. Also don't wants my BMI to be overweight. Keep going in your journey. It is all worth it-mentally, emotionally and physically.0

I'm 5'7" and a med/large frame. I am 139 lbs and I am essentially at goal weight now. I wear a 2-6 (or a 3-7 in juniors). I am working on toning now.0

I'm 5'7". I have a "tiered plan" for myself:
195 (starting) --> 165 (current) --> 150 (1st goal)
Then focus on building a little more muscle and maintaining 150
Then 150 --> 135
Then focus on building a little more muscle and maintaining 135.
I've been 135 before. My problem with it is that I have long skinny bones and a very angular face and at that weight my face looks positively undead, but I still have belly fat coming over the top of my pants and flabby arms. So I want to go a little slow and get down to a healthy weight with a higher muscle mass on the way. If I'm going to have the face of a starving vampire, I want to at least have a super fit body to show for it. My face really looks best at about 150, which is on the normal/overweight line for me. I wish I would keep more fat on my cheekbones when I lose!0 -
I'm 5'7", just started, was at 298, started here at 292, at 288 now, goal is around 160, I'm of larger build. Doc says I will always be a "thick" woman, any lower than 150.0

I'm about 5'7 and I'd like to be around 120-125, that's where I'm most comfortable0

I'm 5'7 and I started at 195lbs +.
Started MFP at 193lbs.
Currently at 170lb.
Goal weight :135lb.
Add me if you're my twin (otherwise I'm not accepting friend requests-- too many friends I don't know well as of now )0 -
I'm 5'7 and aiming at 160-170. I've been as low as 145, but then my boobs were barely B cup and as much as I complain about my DDD, I don't want to go back there. Also, I think my head looked too big on my body back then. I know that's at the high end of the range, but I do have a significant amount of muscle and a larger body frame. Even at my smallest I only wore a 10. Not super concerned about the number, but more how I feela nd how I look.0

I'm 5'7 and aiming for a range between 155-165lbs. It really depends on the amount of time I have to exercise and get fit. I've been 165 before and wore a size 12/14 in juniors, but I didn't exercise a lot back then so most of the weight I lost was from cutting back on calories, no fast food, no pop and walking to work (I ended up with muffin top). I've been exercising a lot more than the last time I lost weight, so hopefully 165lbs will be ideal. We'll see when I get to that point. I might make it a goal to try to get to 140, but I think my build is slightly bigger than most ladies. I have pretty broad shoulders and wide hips.
To be honest, I don't really care how much I weigh. I want to be fit/toned, look healthy and look good in clothing (maybe wear a size 9/10 in misses). The thought of being too skinny kind of freaks me out.0 -
I have a large frame and am aiming for 159lbs :-)0

I'm between 5'6 and 5'7 - but my first goal is to get under 200lbs (9.9 more to go!). After that My goal is to get to around 130-140. But more important than the scale number is my jeans size - I want to be back into a 6 as my ultimate goal. I want to be very toned and muscular in a feminine way which will make me a smaller size at a higher weight. I have a small frame so we will see what my weight settles at when I get there.
Being thin and very toned is way sexier than being a bag of bones! :-)0 -
I'm 5'7" and my current is 191 lb. My goal is 150.
I remember my lightest, 142 lb, I would like to go back to that, but for now, 150 lb.0 -
I'm 5'8" and my starting weight before I joined MFP was 205. I'm 54 years old.
I joined MFP at 185 at the end of July.
I weigh 175 after 30 days on MFP, a ten pound loss:)
My goal weight is 140 pounds, which I figure I can do by the end of January 2014.
When I was at 18% body fat in my mid-30's and working out like a fiend six days a week, 2 hours a day, I weighed 125.0 -
5'7" goal weight is around 145lbs DH wants me at 175 but I think I'll look great around 145-150.0

My goal is 153. When I weighed about ten pounds less than that I had people telling me I looked gaunt and asking me if I had an eating disorder.0

5'7" current weight is 152, goal is 130-1350
-
5'7, large frame, goal weight 165.0

I'm 5' 7" and my first goal is 150 lbs and then maybe 130 lbs. Just depends how I feel when I get to 150lbs. :-)

5'7, at goal weight, now working on getting tight.0

5'7 1/2" or 5'8" depending on who's measuring. My goal is much higher than some of you, I think 160-170 will be fine for me. Last time I was 165 I was around a size 10. I'm pretty muscle-y I guess?0
-
I'm 5'7" currently weight 175.0. I have my goal set to 155.0 right now, but honestly I don't know what my goal weight is. I just want that "flat stomach, toned legs and arms" look. So whenever I hit that point, that's what my goal will be. Also, I don't ever remember being this weight, let alone anything less, so I don't know what my body will look like as I get smaller. Kind of exciting not knowing ;-)0

My goal weight is 120-125 , my current weight is 135 so 10 more pounds to go~!!!!! My highest weight 165 and that was 3 months ago. But these 10 pounds are the hardest0
