    Holy crap you just lost what I weighed at the beginning of this year! You lost a me! Haha I keep joking with my friend and telling her that I'd like to essentially "lose her" but still have her around in my life. That I'd like to lose what she weighs (or more accurately what she weighed when we started our weight loss journey) and then I'd be good and healthy.

    But that is truly amazing, and while I know your knees are shot and are getting replaced, the rest of you is so much healthier. I know that your friends and family are so proud of you and are happy to know that you'll be able to stick around longer now. Keep up the good work.
