    A co-worker tried the raspberry ketones and said they didn't do anything.....and yes.....she watched Dr. Oz!!

    I've been trying these for last few weeks. So far they don't seem to have any effect on my weight. I did notice that they suppress hunger a little bit.

    Not going to bother buying anymore after the bottle is empty. Going back on low-carb as that seems to work better for me.
