5'4 136lb's anyone similar?? whats your goals??

I am 5'4 and 134lbs, I was down to 130 a couple weeks ago but gained. I wasn't doing any real exercise so I've started incorporating that in the form of crossfit bootcamp 3x/week and am hoping that will be the push I need to lose 14lbs. I would be happy at 125 but my real ideal weight is 120.0

I'm new to this so a little nervous, I'm starting the 30ds on Monday but also going to do Hip Hop Abs as well, going to do this for 6 days in a row then rest for 1 then carry on.
Currently my measurements are:
Hips - 44"
Arm - 14"
Thigh - 26.5"
Waist - 35"
Weight - 179lbs
Height - 5ft 9ins
Has anyone tried the 30ds along with hip hop abs? I want to loose approx 30lbs for September, If I keep exercising like this does anyone think I'll reach my goal? Plus I want my thighs to get down to 23", would this be a realistic goal?0 -
I'm 5'3.5 and my ultimate goal is 135-140 lbs. I'm 149 now. I've been as low as 118 back in my 20s, but I'm 40 now and I've had 2 kids, so I'm going to stay realistic.:)0

I'm 5'4 and 150 lb's. I've already lost 23 pounds, and am looking forward to another 20. At this stage, I've started to question what is actually attainable with a toned physic. I'm not interested in looking like a 12 year old boy0

I'm 5'4" and started at 146 lbs 3 weeks ago (currently 144lbs); however, my BMI is horrifying.
My goal is 125lbs with a way lower BMI. However, with heavy lifting - I would be satisfied at 130-135lbs but with a lean/toned look and loss of inches0 -

im 5'5 (168.5cm), current weight 136lbs (62kg), lost 11lbs (5kg), goal weight 132-134lbs (60-61kg)...but i think anything below that weight will make me look gaunt and ribby! luckily I have gained muscle...
I'm 38 and struggle to keep in control of what i eat, so I need to exercise lots to regulate my weight.
I would suggest to keep an eye on what your body looks like as well as having the set goal weight to avoid looking too thin...as indigoVA said keep it realistic!

I am 5'5"ish and currently 149-150. I started MFP at about 160 in January. At my heaviest before having my daughter I was almost 190 and post-baby my heaviest was about 170. In my best shape at 19 I was a solid 135 (I did kickboxing seriously and that was my fighting weight). 135 is my first goal then we'll see from there. My workouts and eating habits are so different now that I already have more muscle definition than I ever did in my teens and 20's and that's with an after baby belly still hanging around. I started at 163 and I'm down to 136 - my goal is 130. I recently had a body fat assessment done and the recommended weight range for my body type was 128 so I think on my goal is on track with where I need to be. It really depends on your muscle mass and how you are built. 130 can mean different things to different people

Hey! I'm 5'4" and started at 167 lbs. I'm now right around 142 so i've lost about 25 pounds. Hoping to get to 125-127 so about 15 more pounds. I work on strength training along with intense cardio. i started this back in october and now i can't imagine not being active and eating to stay fit. I am 5'3" and currently 130. I would like to be a toned and svelte 115 I got to 103 about 3 years ago and I looked like a bony bird so I know I don't want to go there again!

I'm 5'5" and currently at 137. My starting weight was 148 and my goal is 130 with good muscle definition.
In the past I have been a size 4 at 130-135 while strength training. I've been off the fitness wagon for a long stretch, but since January I have lost 8 pounds and regained a lot of strength. I aim for cardio 2-3x week and strength training 2-3x a week with yoga 1x week.
My ultimate goal is to make fitness a regular part of my life again and not just something I do when my jeans don't fit!! It's less about weight and more about being strong and feeling healthy.0
