Thanks Loree, those peeps were the downfall of me. I think I am a compulsive eater at least when it comes to those stupid things! :grumble:

Day 1 of Week 7 is done. Not bad not bad. It was harder for 2 reasons, one it was raining, told the MAN upstairs HE could let it rain I wasn't stopping, and two yesterday Jim and I took a casual Easter walk...yeah 3.2 miles in 41 minutes. All but running...LOL

Running in the rain is something I still don't like-- I've done it, but icky--

Great job, Bobbi-- are you finding that running is toning you better than anything else?

I did Taebo/turbo faithfully for months with okay results-- I start running a month or so ago and boom-- legs, hips, tummy-- it's awesome--

Heading out now as a matter of fact-- later.

today was nice. Except I got a visit from TOM the other day.

I played outside with the kidlets for a good hour before A started to get fussy.

Took M to the bank and the store with me and she was really good. I ended up buying her this toy that is for the bath and it needs ICY COLD water to get it to turn back pink once it is blue. Every 5 seconds "mom I need water" "no more water M!" "MOMMY I NEED WATER!!!!!" "fine her just be quite!!!" haha

I have been eating the sweets like no ones business. I hate to say this but the scale hasn't moved even with all the sugar I have eaten in the last week! I don't know what else to do.

I might try morning and night runs. I also need to get outside and run but I don't trust my neighborhood so that is hard!

    Hope everyone is doing great!!

hi guys! i feel like it's been forever since i've posted (i've been lurking, though). we had a good weekend home, but ate a little more than we should. i've been slacking off on excercise, too, so i gotta get myself back in gear. the weather should be decent here today, so i think a power walk while pushing the 30 lb toddler in the carriage will do me good. my unhealthy vice that i gave up this week was wine. i tend to drink 1 or 2 (or 3:laugh: ) glasses after the kids go to bed. those calories really add up, so maybe not having it will help counteract the junk i ate this weekend. hope everyone had a good last chance workout!

Definitely toning. Scale has said the same for awhile now but the jiggles aren't jiggling at all or as much. I know muscle weighs more so I'll just bide my time.

I have to keep popping in so you guys don't forget me!!!!!!
    ):

Phoned the phone company today and told them I'm not paying for the net since I don't HAVE THE NET. 40 minutes later they agreed to remove internet charges from this months statement.

Didn't go to the gym last week, I spent my time outside running instead. We also have a huge *kitten* hill at the new place so I walk that on days I don't feel like running. At the bottom of the hill is a set of 115 stairs! So I climb up them, and WOW what a task that is. After that I take a long walk around and then back up the hill. It's a forty minute walk in total and burns 400 calories.

ANYWAY. Again don't have time to really do much BOO NET. Will talk to you guys when I have net again!

    Good job, Sam--!!

I had a very busy day-- cleaned my bedroom-- vacuumed and dusted-- can't remember the last time it was done thoroughly-- also cleaned my bathroom, did my typing, cooked dinner, went to buy milk, got a 3.2 mile run in-- and here I am to type a bit more before hubs gets home.

Got hit between the eyes with some truth I didn't like this weekend-- the timing I found unreasonable, but the underlying truth was there. Had to look inside myself today and see some things-- ugh. I hate when I have to do that-- it's scary in there.

I had to see that, you know what, yes, maybe I am just disgruntled enough about the fact that I have to type so much that when I'm NOT typing, I am subconsciously on strike from doing the things around the house that I should be doing-- like dusting and vacuuming filthy rooms. Also, that I'm using my exercise, often as an escape and to boast that 'I can," or, "I did." Not always bad, but not necessarily always good if family members and/or household issues are falling through the cracks.

Not that I'm going to stop, by any means, but tonight for example-- I ran 3.8 yesterday, and for pride's sake tonight I was going to try for at least that, or maybe go 4.0-- and as I'm running, I realized that as long as I get a good 30 minutes in, the rest is gravy. And I have kids home that are waiting for me. And milk to buy, and-- blah, blah, blah-- getting' me?

So, I did my usual "stop sign," and then walked home. It was a lovely RAINY run (hey, Bobbi!!!) absolutely beautiful.

Now, I have to admit to somebody tonight when he gets home that he had some valid complaints-- I HATE doing that, too-- :grumble: Especially when I so vigorously (read bittchily) defended myself, and returned fire. Will I never learn? :ohwell:

Good luck to all in your weigh-ins-- I still think I'm keeping mine for Sunday-- but, we'll see--

    I adore you all-- nite-nite!!!!!!!

Sam, I don't know what you have in mind, but mine is definitely Coke (again) UGH! Why can't I just be good to my body, why am I so addicted to sugar. :grumble:

I look in the mirror and think do you want this or don't you and then I am like oh you look good enough. I feel like screaming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
