Hi, I am a newbee at all of this. I just joined My Fitness Pal and I'm looking for motivation and goals to set for myself. I am very interested in trying this challenge. I just started working out on the Treadmill so I will give myself a week to warm up and then begin this challenge on Monday the 20th.0

I didn't see this until now but I would like to get in on it. It's a super great idea! I need all the motivation I can get since I seem to have lost my husband on this journey! :sad:
