  • I didn't see this until now but I would like to get in on it. It's a super great idea! I need all the motivation I can get since I seem to have lost my husband on this journey! :sad:

    I would like to start out by trying for 3500 and since I started a day late I will just have to make sure to do more on my first day!

    Wed: 818 calories burned (Wii Fit Plus workout, general aerobics, C25K ... okay that's funny, I exercised more today but obviously less intensity and still burned the same calories as yesterday. Note to self! But todays was more fun so I guess it works out :tongue: )
    Thur: 248 calories burned (C25K)
    Fri: 859 calories burned (Wii Fit Plus workout, 30DS, Zumba)
    Sat: 435 calories burned (C25K, 30DS)
