If said person was going to comment or think anything less of you because you don't have the boobs you think you should then he/she aint worth getting naked with

Hard to say... I'm a 34 D, and my chest hasn't gone anywhere. In fact, with my waist getting smaller, they even appear larger than they were. Small-chested women - I am so jealous of the cute shirts you can wear!!!! Yeah, cleavage, whatever....I'd rather be a B and not have to worry about my breast falling off when I run!

I think you are giving your breasts a bit too much importance. Focus on being healthy and learning to appreciate your body as it is. No one can tell you with any accuracy what your body is going to look like when you lose weight. You will have to wait and see.

Please just try to concentrate on getting strong and healthy and enjoy your body for what it is. It's transportation for your mind.

If it's any help I just had to buy new bras after a 40 lb. weight loss. Same cup size, just down from a 40 to a 38.

I will help you feel better about yourself! I am so small that I can not even fit into an A cup. I've lost 35lbs and they stayed the same size but I have worried the whole time about getting any smaller. See, your situation could be worse!
But at least they didn't get any smaller, right? Haha. I've had a hard time coping with mine not growing, even when I was pregnant.

Oh, at least you didn't go through the whole spectrum. When I was pregnant and nursing, my boobs went from B to DD. Then after I weaned, they were empty saggy B. The exercises, at least, made them a little more perky.

I cried today because I noticed that my girls are getting smaller. I know it's stupid, but I always flat chested; the one nice thing about being bigger was I actually had boobs!

Please don't take this the wrong way...

But not all of us guys are all about a large chest.

    Just saying.....:glasses:

He's right... quality men value a variety of body shapes.

I came in here just to say this too. Don't worry about it so much. If your man is gonna leave because you've gotten fit and lost a bit of your chest, then I say you should kick him out now and get it over with, he's not worth it. If you're worried about not attracting a man because of it, then you shouldn't - think of it as a way to weed out the superficial.

I'd much rather whatever my wife has than any fake ones... Gross. Don't do it... Unless your job depends on it. Then maybe change careers.

I'm not worried about my husband- I LIKED THEM and wanted to keep them, that's all.....

In my best shape, I was flat all the way. Think Kelly Ripa or Natalie Portman in "Black Swan." And I thought I looked awesome.

Do your breasts get noticeably larger when you gain weight? Mine got a little bigger but not enough to ever go up a cup size. I do expect them to get a little smaller as I lose weight but honestly that doesn't bother me. Quite honestly a small chest looks better on someone smaller than I am now which is what I will be when I've lost the 30lbs I want to shed. My breasts will match the rest of me.

Fortunately, if you lose around the mid-section as well, your boobs can tend to look bigger. At least that is what I have been telling myself. God Bless La Senza!

Yeah...this is starting to happen to me and what makes it worse is the left one is deflating at a quicker rate. It is now an A cup with the right being a B cup. I have found one bra so far that has removeable padding so I can take out the right side and leave the left in and I find that it works...I just wish i had bought one in every colour!!

On the upside my *kitten* is smaller - huzzah! :ohwell:

Well, after losing around 40 pounds I had a friend say, "you've lost so much weight, but you've kept your boobs!" I think they got a little smaller, but not drastically enough for them to be wiped out completely! Cup size might change, but mainly because who knows what size a bra really is, most of them vary so much from brand to brand anyway!

I'm 5'6", generally slim, and also have very small breasts. They infallibly shrink even smaller when I lost a bit of weight (even as little as 5lbs). Sorry I don't have a better story to share with you.

    I went from 165 and a D cup to 125 and a small B, sometimes A cup.

What can one do other than surgery to bring them back, or gain weight...but since putting on 10 lbs the extra weight seemed to be more comfortable in my mid section rather than the chest. My large chest is gone forever, and its okay. I've found that Victoria's secret miraculous bra has helped out a few outfits but all in all, its my body and I'm gonna rock it!

For those folks who are expressing discomfort with the way their boobs look, there's a project online called the "Everyday Breasts Project" or something like that, on a community I used to visit called vaginapagina. I can't Google for the exact link here at work, but it's basically a project where normal, everyday women send in pictures of their breasts. The idea is that we have a completely wonky idea of what breasts should look like thanks to the media, and it's sometimes helpful for us to be reminded of what real, un-photoshopped breasts look like. Big, small, uneven, saggy, perky, close together, far apart...all are normal. Highly recommend looking it up if you are uncomfortable in your skin and need a dose of reality. They have them for other body parts, too (butt, private parts, etc.), and it's super reassuring!

It's so important to love what you have and be comfortable in your skin. As another person mentioned above, the fact that they are healthy is what is truly important.

I love this! It reminds me of the vagina project where all sorts of women were getting casts done of their vaginas by a particular artist to denounce the porn ideal and show women that we come in all shapes and sizes, and we're all "normal" and perfectly acceptable. I'll check out the project you're talking about! Thanks for posting!

I can totally relate! I've always been a closet member of the IBT committee, and I have a love/hate relationship with exercise, because I don't want to lose my girls (what's left, anyway). I was a 34B and now I've noticed my bras are too "big." :/ Argh. I wish I could take the last 5 pounds I need to lose (that is sitting in my lower belly and just WON'T go away) and put it in my chest.

    So unfair....

I had to gain 20 pounds just to have boobs. Now I want to lose those 20. So the boobs are gonna go.
