So I jokingly said to the spouse I should wear my HRM while doing "it" and he actually says I should LOL....
How weird would that be.....although it would be interesting to see the results....

Try it and let us know! Whenever I whine to my husband about needing to exercise more he tells me we just need to have sex more, LOL. My response is always "sorry, that just doesn't burn enough calories". I wonder which of us is right???0

LOL!! that is hilarious!! I just got mine a few weeks ago and that was the first thing that came out of my husbands mouth! The only problem is mine is a watch HRM not the strap, so I'd have to be constantly putting my finger on the watch face to get a proper reading, and I dont know about you all but I like to keep my hands free for other 'things' while DTD !!
LOL.

When I got my Fitbit, we tested the theory. search in the database for "chair rompin (got)" got means girl on top..I'll leave the rest to your imaginations I also entered "bedsport" in the database EDIT TO ADD THIS LINK: My hubby gave it that title a few yrs ago, I've tracked it by "gardening" I added it to the database , trying to be real. Who "gardens" after dark? read this article: http://www.womansday.com/sex-relationships/sex-tips/8-sexy-ways-to-burn-calories-110923?click=main_sr0

My thoughts exactly...
Though, I use my "me" time as more of a zen, massage, get all the kinks out time Too much thinking happening with a HRM.0 -
