Would you still be consistent with losing weight if you were not in this group. I think for myself I would probably eat more if I was not logging my meals. I never know how much I was eating before I logged. What about you

I never would have accomplished what I have if I didn't have this site/app or a like one to make keeping track doable.

I could still manage in some way to eat healthy without it, but if I had never found MFP in the first place I'd probably still be fat trying and failing to lose weight. And I wouldn't have met some great friends on here :(

I'd probably still be at almost (if not over) 300lbs, have no energy and no confidence.

    lol, me too!
I'd probably be trying another fad diet instead of a lifestyle change.

I would still be 22 pounds heavier and drinking soda like it was water! I was on a straight path to 300 pounds when I found MFP. Not only have I learned what kinds of foods my body needs, Ive gotten help from my wonderful MFP friends to stay away from the ones my body DOESNT need. I really love the people on here.

I would probably still be losing weight. I lost most of my weight on my own but no telling how much I was really eating. I think I was actually under eating if anything lol. I think I'm too dependent on MFP now *sigh* what would I do without you guys and the tools this site provides

I'd have 30 pounds to go instead of 17.

Granted, I have and CAN lost weight myself before...it IS possible.

BUT - mfp has made me much more aware of the give and take of eating healthy, exercise, water intake, etc. Up till now, I have basically lost almost 14 pounds just by eating alone, and I have never done that on my own.

I would not have lost any weight... I would have assuredly gained even more. I wasn't aware of the amount of calories I was consuming. And now I am held accountable. I love this site so much.

I would still be determined to lose weight, but I'd probably be eating a lot worse. I've been unsatisfied with my body for a couple years now, but MFP is the push I needed to do it for real!

I honestly would probably be where I was before, not thinking about anything and even if I did I would diet for a week and then be back to my usual eating habits. Because of this site watching what i eat is in my subconscious mind and I always have to log everything. And it helps me to know how much I should work out and everything just to stay within my means.
