    I know there are many women out there proud of who they are and feel they don’t need to lose weight. But losing weight isn’t about looks but rather getting healthy.

    Thank you so much for posting your pictures and philosophy. I see a lot of people using self-loathing and fat-phobia to motivate themselves (and others,) and it is really nice to see someone express a desire to lose weight that doesn't stem from negative emotions. Best wishes!
