Best/Worst Part of 30DS

I like that it lead me to other JM DVDs. Really, I didn't care much for 30DS except it was a good starting point. Other than that, I much prefer No MOre Trouble Zones, 6-week Six Pack, and Ripped in 30.
Haha, 30DS is a "gateway" workout ... be careful, it will lead to addiction :laugh: :laugh:
I was afraid of this! First the 30DS and now Killer Buns and Thighs has arrived in the mail. I'm thinking Ripped in 30 is next. Before I joined MFP I didn't even know who Jillian Michaels was!0 -
The worst part in level 1 was the the squats in the beginning and in Level 2 that whole 3rd circut is the worst right now expecially those v-flys.
To me the best part is seeing that on day 1 I could only do the modified but as the 10 days go on for the level 1&2 I have been able to advance and do most of the modified. Its great to see how much stronger you get. going to start Ripped in 30 next:happy:0
