exercising so I can eat

When I was losing weight absolutely, especially when I was only on 1200/1300 calories I would regularly try and earn 700/600 extra calories through cardio so I could eat more - there was no other way around it!
Now that I am maintaining I kind of resent doing that now, I would much rather do a class I enjoy or some strength training rather than pounding away on the treadmill for cake!0 -
Love all of these comments. And love that finally it is really ok to eat those exercise calories. On WW, never felt that way.0
