    Throw some green chili peppers in the crockpot with the other stuff...it is my secret ingredient for chick tacos in the crock pot :)

    this is one of my new favorite recipes!! I like to make a taco salad out of it, or make a burrito bowl with rice, the chicken, some tomatoes and onions and a little cheese. My 4 yr old likes it in a quesadilla. I might try it in a tortilla soup next time. I have also read about putting some cream cheese in after you shred it and let it melt for a creamy version. There's so many ways to use it and it's so flavorful for such a simple recipe!

    My family loves this recipe. I use this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/taco-seasoning-i/ instead of buying a seasoning packet at the store (many of them have MSG in them).
