I'm 5,6" and weigh in at 150 at the moment, would love to be 9 and a half stone again, 133, but right now would prob be happy with 10 stone...140..0

My starting weight was 265 so I'd be thrilled if I could get to 175, I have a larger frame and am very top heavy so I think I'd look really odd at 135, Ive lost 15 lbs so I still have a ways to go but I haven't been at 175 since high school so I'd love to get to where I was 10 years ago.0

I know your pain! I am at 150 and have been there for 4 weeks! I go to the gym 7 days a week. I a...m stuck. Need to get down to 1350

Before the kids came along I was at a happy 135lbs. That is where I want to be again but will settle for 140 as long as I look healthy and toned0

I'm 5'6 and 3/4ths. But I weigh 220 and want to be at 163. However, I am very curvy....top heavy. So that's why I want to be a little heavier.0

I'm 5'5" and am aiming for 150. When I get there I'm gonna see how hard maintaining it is. If it's not too bad, I'll go down to 140. I have no interest in being tiny--would be too much work.0

I started at 235, am currently 187 & size 12. My goal at the moment is 170 and then I'll reassess. I'll never be tiny though, I've got about 135lbs of lean mass and am strength training so as not to lose it.0

I started around 250+ and a size 22/24, and my first goal was 180. I made that and didn't feel as thin as I remembered feeling at 180 15 years ago... so I changed my goal to 160 and am 169 now. I think I will change it to 150 once I reach 160, because I feel like I could comfortably lose another 20 pounds to look better. I fit into a size 12 but not super comfortably, so I think at 150, I could wear a size 12 very comfortably and a tight 10 perhaps. This is the thinnest I've been as an adult, so its a journey to see where I feel I look the best Everyone is different though, so whatever works for you and makes you feel your best is a great goal good luck on your journey to a healthier you!0

I'm 5'5 5'6 ish. I'm currently 227 pounds but I'm hoping to get to 150ish. Long way to go but I'm gonna do it! Pants sizes very from 18-14 in women's and 17-15 in juniors. Dress size is about 18. Shirts are XL-L.0

I am 5'5.5", and am hoping for 140, but no lower than 135. Once at 140, I will try and work on hitting 20% body fat instead. I'm more interested in having a curvy toned body than a super thin one.0

I have a larger frame and heavier bone density. I would like to be at 170. As long as I keep active this weight looks good on me and more importantly it feels good.0

I fluctuate between 125 and 132. I'd say I'm at goal, but want more muscles.0

I always feel like the odd one out on posts like this...my goal is 160(or in the 160s..) I'm currently at 169(down from 235!)
I have a larger frame, and I just don't see the need for myself to reach anything lower...I want to live, and enjoy eating still!

I am 5'7 and I had been 150 untoned and think that toned at 150 would be amazing! I am in no way small figured like my sisters my shoulders are wider and so are my hips and I love my "Upper Curves"! I can't wait to get there only 24lbs away!0

I'm 5'6" and really I would love to be 175lbs. I might change my mind once I get there, but that feels like a magic number to me.0

To everyone who posted and is 5'6" and want to weigh less than 115 lbs, you should do some research because that is less than a healthy weight.0

I agree with this - I am 5'6" and my goal is around 155. My goal really though is to eat better and exercise more consistently, so the number on the scale may not be the best show of progress for me!0

i'm currently 172lbs im in between a size 10 and a size 12, my ultimate goal is to be 145. When i graduated college 3 years ago i was about 220lb and i've gone through periods where i stopped trying to lose weight so i've lost and gained and lost and gained but now i'm back on track and working hard!0

I would love to get to 130, but my body isn't really liking that idea. I've been stuck at 138-140 for a LONG time now.
