I'm 5'6 and have a smallish frame except for my hips, which are very pear shaped. I am aiming for 100-110 pounds. On the low end of the BMI chart but I'm willing to weigh more if I have muscle and feel small enough. I'm going more by look than weight.0

Currently at 214 Would like to be around 130-150lbs. 5'6 1/2. I'm not a small build though so 140s would most likely be perfect. But overall Aiming for Healthly over weight .0 -
Below 163 so I meet the Navy's standards before I go to boot camp, if I am above those standards then I get to get taped and sent to the heavy division or as some people call it, "fat camp" lol0

Exactly the same as me! 140-150 would be perfect I think... I haven't been that small in a long time.0 -
I'm 5'6" with broad shoulders and hips. I know they "say"135 should be right for me, but I am shooting for 145. I mean, at 16 in a size 10 I was 155.0

Pre kids I was always 120-125lbs....I'm 150 lbs now and I will be happy with 130lbs but if I can knock it down to 125lbs I will be ecstatic! I was always very fit, six pack with out much work etc...I know it's there still, I can feel it underneath some cushion! Lol0

I am 5'6" and I weigh 122. I think that's an awesome weight 2 be at my height.0

Depends on your build. I am a medium build and I look best at 1450

I would love to be about 160, screw those charts man. My goal is to be at 23% body fat. To me, it all depends on how much muscle you have! I want to be happy and healthy and have an occasional cookie!0

I'm 5`6". I was 149.5 when I delivered my son 29 yrs ago. I've been as high as 176. I looked around 160something when I started this journey to healthiness. I want back into my vintage '47 black Laura Petrie dress. That means a cut 115.0

I used to be 150lbs and I think I looked good and I did feel healthy at that weight. I put on loads of weight but hopefully looking to get it off again. Between 140-150lbs is recommended for around that height. Aim for that weight and then you decide when to stop or continue, see how you feel. I wish you all the best0

I would like to be 130 but I don't wanna be skinny fat or whatever it's called. So I figure 135 - 140 because I felt I looked good at that weight and toned.0

I am 5'6" and presently weigh 141.5. My goal is 138, but I can't seem to get there. I bounce between 140-142. Recently weighed under 140 for a day. I am a size 8, and would say I am a small-medium build. I am also 58. I look and feel great where I am. Would like to reduce my BF%.0

When I got married 10 1/2 years ago I weighed 127.
If I can get there and maintain without having to work to hard, then I will stay there.
Otherwise between 130-135.0 -
Working towards 125 and then I'll see how I feel. Might be happy there, might want to lose another 10. I have no idea yet.0
