My goal is to get in the healthy bmi range, 154 is my goal. I have lost 20.4 pounds so far and I have 21 left to go.0

I am 5,8 and 188 (lost 6 so far) I am comfortable at 160 but my goal is 145. This program is great. Good Luck!!!0
-
In the end I would like to be 137, a size 6/8. But for now I am just shooting for 197 by the end of this year then I will reset my goal for next year.0

Initially I'm aiming for the weight I was when I got married - 154lbs (11 stones), but once I get there, I'll most likely want another 7lbs off to get to 10 1/2 stones.
To be honest, when I go below that kind of weight, I start looking kinda gaunt and I've no desire to be skinny, just to be healthy and be able to get nice clothes that fit me well and look good on me.

I'm 5'6 1/2 don't forget the 1/2! haha. I've lost 10lbs so far, and i'm shooting for 12 more, which will bring me to 130! But if I don't get to 130 because of muscle..and I fit in a size 4 pants, then that's where I want to land! That's my little secret goal, a size 4. I'm a size 6 now so I think it will take pretty close to the 12lbs to get me there..will see as I go. But like I said it's not so much about the scale at this point in my journey as it is the inches and how my clothes fit...the less you have to lose it seems like it gets that way.0

I want to be a superhero!!!!
Actually, I'm 5'5.5" and my current weight is 150. My goal weight is 140, but I think I may want to go a bit lower and build some muscle back. Honestly, I don't really care what the scale say, as long as I feel like I'm where I want to be.0 -
Ummm I'm at 130 right now.. Was at 145 in high school and lowest in college has been around 120. I want to get back to the 120 range. Felt out of control with food for a while now so I'm trying hard to get back on track. Not easy. I have the worst time at night after dinner. I snack like crazy and can't seem to really stop, just always going back. Anyone else have this problem?0

I am 5ft7 and would love to be 135, but wouldn't mind being 1500

My mom always said to me as a kid that I am "big boned" which in turn I just took to " I was fat." Now I actually understand what she meant... and at 5foot6.5inch I am comfortable at 150-155lbs. Even though at 156lbs (according to my BMI) says I'm overweight or just on the boarder. I remember being that size 5plus years ago and felt incredbly confident. Thats what i'm going for, confident, not 'skinny'!! FYI-currently at 176lbs!
I always say that my bones are heavy. Even when I was mega skinny and looked and felt ill, I was a "normal" weight and then when I put a little weight on and looked great, I was bordering on overweight. Nurses really looked down on me because I was so heavy but didn't look it. I honestly believe people can be naturally heavy! I was 6 weeks premature as a baby and had hyperthermia but still weighed a healthy 5 and a half pounds!0 -
I would be happy with 150lbs im 5ft 6 and have about 18lbs to go x0
-
I'm 5'6" and 156 lbs. I'd be happy at 140 lbs!!
Ditto that ^^^0 -
i'm 5'6 and i'm aiming for 11 stone (154) and seeing where I want to go from there. I'm currently 189 and have already gained a lot of muscle so i'm assuming if i'm a lot leaner then I won't have to lose anymore..... plus don't listen to bmi listen to your body fat % the less fat you have on you the healthier your body will be! i'm aiming to have 25% fat as I have big boobies :P
i've lost 14lbs so to get to 154lbs I have 35lbs to lose and will hopefully be a uk size 12 on the bum, if not I'll lose until I am!
Add me if you like0 -

My goal is set for 125 but that's the lowest I would go. I would be happy anywhere 140 and under, I think. I really won't know until I'm getting there because I haven't been that small since early middle school. Currently, I'd just like to be 150-ish pounds so I will no longer be considered overweight.0
-
I've always wanted to be under 140, but my ultimate goal would be to see what under 130 looks like. I've currently lost 7 lbs and am at 145.80
-
I started at 155 and am now at 138. Looking to go to 133 or so and then reevaluate. :happy:0

A muscular 140lbs.0

I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 185 lbs. I have a medium frame and look and feel good at 160 lbs. To loose much more doesn't look good on me...I think it looks too boney. I still have a long journey...loosing weight is so hard for me.0
-
5ft7.5 and I am 180 now hoping to be nearer 140 give or take0
-
I started out in November @ 236 and right now I am 203.8. I want to be around 150 but no lower than 140. I honestly do not think that I would look good under that because of my body frame so when I get around there I'm going to dedicate myself to weight lifting and see where that takes me0
