Unnatural hair colors

I really don't know how to post pictures, so I'll give it shot. Recently I just got my hair dyed Like today. It's now a bright red.



Edit: I guess I do know how to post pics. Don't mind the "Kat Shadez" up there. I had to add it there to prevent people stealing my picture.

I think its funny that when I was in my teens and had hair that was purple,blue,pink,ect people called me a freak.I was followed around stores,I was kicked out of places,people would tell their kids infront of me they better NEVER look like me and now everyone does it. The same chicks that called me a freak about it in highschool are now soccer moms driving around in their mini vans with purple hair :laugh:

This is funny. I can relate. When I got hired at my job I was told I must loose my blue hair and my earing. The next moth a teacher had a charity drive were the main prize was that she was going to multi color her hair orange, red blue green.its funny how reverse discrimination works/doesn't... and I was followed though grocery stores too.

I love this with your darker hair. I've only really seen this on blondes. What dyes and colors did you use? It really suits you.

Thanks!! I have no idea what colors were used, but I'll ask my stylist if you want. She had to bleach the hair first before applying the color since my hair is so dark. Only bad thing, is the blue and green fade fast.

It looks good on you!! Not everyone could pull that off so nicely!

I have done blonde with pink streaks. That was a fun summer 'do. Might do pale blue or lavender one of these days... Not sure what would look nice with the golden blonde that I'm sporting right now. Maybe I'll switch to platinum for the summer.

I want to bleach my hair so I can dye it "Rihanna" red but I fear all my hair would fall out. Cause let's face it, what's made for white people isn't made for me sadly

And peroxide blonde. Which went a bit wrong at one point because I fried my hair with the bleach, and it started breaking off, so I had to shave it off.

I'm back to my natural colour nowadays, what with having office jobs that require a natural-looking hair colour for some stupid reason. I miss my silly hair.

A few years ago I had orange hair for one glorious day when I was trying to undo a horrible red dye job. The next day it was dull and uncute so I put a second helping of color remover on it and then covered it with brown. My hair is now waist-length and brown. I think putting any color on it would be too much of a pain, and even more something so bright

Lols! Hey now, I don't have a mini-van...yet. Back in my teens, I wasn't calling anyone a freak though, I promise you that. I was the chick with the crazy purple hair back then too, the one that wore all black and the popular kids avoided. My mother wouldn't be seen in public with me the first time I dyed my hair. Growing up, holding onto the things that make me me hasn't been easy, but whenever I have a rough day and I get that wtf look one too many times, I just gotta kick myself. If someone is going to judge me because of my piercings, tattoos, or purple hair, I don't need them or their approval.

I love the green! I'm too chicken to try it, I've seen it fade really poorly and I'm not quick enough on the upkeep on my hair to rock it.

It's a lot prettier when it's down but I have pink, blue, and purple streaks that all twirl together when I curl my hair.

Oh yeah, and my natural hair color is pretty close to jet black, I've had it lavender blonde for years now and I think I'll always have it this way
