I have very large breasts and around the band size it has gotten smaller, but the cups themselves have stayed about the same.
  • It sucks...but you lose weight, and you're boobs will do the same.

I have to ask this. How do I keep my boobs from sagging even worse now that I am losing weight? :frown:

Strength training (work those pecs) and hope for the best... oh, and good nutrition and adequate hydration, not to mention a good moisturizer, help a bit, too.

Mine stay the same always, I think it has to do with how much of yours are made up of fat and actual breast tissue
Congrats on yours still hanging around :-)

My girls are always the first go! Then when I get bigger, I hate them! LOL
  • Mine got really small I almost cried because it looks horrible. Not the size the fact that breastfeeding 4 kids and losing 53 lbs made them saggy I'm 27 they should be firm. I went from 38/40 C to a 32B

I experienced the same thing when I lost the weight after my first child. I expect that it will happen again when I reach my goal this time.
    My boobs get saggy:(

I'm sure a guy posting here isn't what's expected but with the topic - It was hard to resist taking a peek. My wife lost 160 pounds (she had gastric bypass) and she did lose her boobs. He now affectionately calls them her "Skipples" = Skin + Nipples. She tells the story much better than I but hopefully it at least made you all smile on a Manic Monday Morning!

    Ha ha ha! Skipples!

I've lost a few cup sizes but I'm the same cup size now that I've always been before kids and 50 extra pounds. I was a full C in high school when I only weighed 135 lbs so I don't think I'm ever going to have nothing. They are considerably more droopy though after breastfeeding...

I think my first 20 pounds must have come from my chest and back, lol. I now look like a chubby boy. :(
  • Is it possible to loose weight and tone up the chest area?? I went from a C cup to DD gained 30lbs to get the DD cups
which I love.I want to loose at least 20lbs but scared to loose the boobs.Don't want to have to find a plastic surgeon lol..

:grumble: Yep, every time I swear they get smaller. Just noticed they seemed smaller even than usual lately, so I am hoping there's more to follow.
  • My boobs stayed the same size, fat or skinny, pregnant, they never changed. I wish I had gotten boobs when I was pregnant/gained weight!

Still a 36DD but bra is looser. I am hoping to go down a bit in size as I lose some more weight.

Forgot to say: Mine were saggin too until I started lifting heavy. I think tightening up the muscles underneath helped perk them up a little. :)
  • i was a 42DD @ 217 and 36DD @ 170ish. the cup didnt really get smaller too much but they look smaller bc the band is so much smaller

Ignore the ugly tummy skin (side effect of massive weight loss after years of obesity) but, as you can see, mine didn't really shrink much:

  • Decreased boobage is my LEAST favorite part of losing weight! And I go from D to C every time. As I'm planning on losing much MORE this time, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm not destined for a B. would be sad to lose more of the girls. :frown:

    @CoryIda..you look great!

Yes, I went down alot from 40D to 36B.
  • I lost 130 pounds and not a single dip in cup size. It depends on the breast composition. When I finally got my breast reduction, my surgeon said I had so much breast tissue, it was actually wrapping around my rib cage and onto my back. He also removed breast tissue from my armpits. I was a full C at 11 years old, and an E cup by my senior year of high-school. They stayed there untl my surgery, and then I was a large B (hooray!!!). Unfortunately I seem to be falling into the very small percentage of people who's breast grow back after reduction. I have gone back up to a full C.
