Boobs

I hope this time around I do see some shrinkage. In the past I have not lost anything and stayed a DD. At my current weight they look like they belong on the same frame 50 lbs lighter I look like I am going to fall over. Here to dreaming, though I don't really expect a change.0

I lost 90lbs in a two year time period and did not lose an ounce in the girl department. I had a reduction done and the plastic surgeon said it all depends on if you are carrying breast tissue (you'll never lose that) or breast fat. I didn't lose an ounce because I don't carry my fat deposits there. Between my reduction and foot surgery I gained back 30lbs and I'm wearing the same bra's from the month after surgery. After you have reduction/lipo surgeries you'll gain back fat in places you never imagined (back fat!) but not the area you had surgery. They warn you about strictly maintaining your weight following plastic surgery because of this! You're band size will move but not your cup size if you are in a boat similar to mine.0

My breasts never changed even when I got to my lowest weight. I finally got a breast reduction last year as I knew they were never going to change. Obviously, as the poster above me mentioned, I must have had a lot of breast tissue and not breast fat.0

Some guys (myself included) can actually see past the boobs and really truly do not care how big or small they are.
I can neither confirm or deny the validity of this statement.0 -
Nope, I was nervous about this as well but mine got bigger actually! Went from a 44C to a 38D!!
Bra sizes are funny in that a 44C is not the same cup size as a 38C so you probably didn't actually get bigger. The cup size is in relation to the band size so for me, I wear a 34D but if my ribcage was bigger I'd wear a 36C (not a 36D). Here's a link to an article that explains it http://www.wikihow.com/Measure-Your-Bra-Size0 -
I've lost 27 lbs and mine only went from a full D to a small D.... that is fine with me lol... I'm hoping it stays that way while I lose my last couple of pounds0
-
I've come to think of it as a blessing, though, because I can easily get away with not wearing a bra. Which is great, because I have a lot of awesome very-low-back shirts and dresses, and also because I can get away with wearing a comfy bandeau under sheer tops :]
Started out as a 32 C way back when. I gained up as large as a 36GG when I had children, but have stayed at 34DD for many years. I'm down 24 lbs and have almost lost a band size, but the cup is still the same. If I get to my goal weight I know it's going to be hard to find shirts, much less wear bandeaus or backless dresses. After all that up and down, the girls really need all the support they can get!0 -
I started at 34C and now I'm 32 C so the cup size is the same but the band size is smaller0
-
a little... but now I am pregnant and they are back to being giant!0
-
my boobs are so small i don't even have to wear a bra. I wear a size XS sports bra lol.. I'm a 32B somehow though. I don't know. I don't care. I'd rather be in shape with no boobs than chubby with bigger boobs! But it would be nice to have the best of both worlds...0
-
Yup......48G down to a 32D0
-
Mine shrank a couple of cups !
I actually liked my bewbs, though.
I gotta get re-sized for new bras again, actually--there's too much space in the cups again. x_x;
But trust me, you'll lose them eventually.
My mom was harping about how big boobies ran in the family--
until I lost some weight.

While the lack of pics is disappointing... I'm pleasantly surprised how many ladies are blessed with big boobs, makes us boob guys happy haha0

2) You wouldn't be as excited about big boobs if you were the one who had to lug them around all day. When I say it's a pain, I'm referring to actual physical discomfort! lol0 -
Just wondering did your boobs get smaller with weight loss? I expected mine to but they haven't, not that that's a bad thing lol, but just wondering in general x
Fortunately, I'm on the same boat as you (haha!) but I know many people who have a tendency to lose the girls during weight loss.0 -
Mine have gone down...booo! I liked my boobs. Now I'm back to a push up bra to give me that cleavage I've always liked.0
-
mine have gone down from FF at there biggest to a C but i dont mind im just lucky they havent sagged after breastfeeding 3 kids lol, i love them smaller they fit in better with my frame now and i can fit better into tops0

I'm sure a guy posting here isn't what's expected but with the topic - It was hard to resist taking a peek. My wife lost 160 pounds (she had gastric bypass) and she did lose her boobs. He now affectionately calls them her "Skipples" = Skin + Nipples. She tells the story much better than I but hopefully it at least made you all smile on a Manic Monday Morning!
I HAVE NEVER >>
OMG that MADE MY DAY!!!!! ROFLMAO0 -
I have lost almost 50 pounds and my boobs have gone from a 42H to a 36D. So it is definitely possible for them to shrink. Thank goodness my hubby doesn't mind the change0
-
Heck yeah, and I love it!!! I gained lots of boobage when I gained weight, so I had a lot to lose. Went down 2 cup sizes!!0
-
I lost 2.5 inches from my bust from Jan. 24 to Feb. 24. Was a bittersweet moment.0

     NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    :sad:0 -
luckily mine are genetic! Not going anywhere
Genetic boobs?! We can create a super serum with your blood!0 -
sadly mine have gone down  And it makes me feel worse when I hear all you ladies who have letter sizes that I didn't even knew existed for boobs!!! LOL
I wear a bra that gives me a little extra boost just to help out. I haven't bought a new one in awhile so i'm not exactly sure what I am at the moment.0 -
I have been a DD since I was about 15 or 16. Even when I dropped down to 140lbs (I'm 5'6"), they were still there. Every time I have lost weight since then, they have always stayed. I find it kind of a blessing and a curse because it gets HARDER to find nice blouses that don't separate at the chest area!0
-
Yes and no... 41lb lost and I'm down a bra size, but not a cup size!
Was a 36C, now a 34D
And I couldn't be happier about that! :laugh:0 -
mine haven't gotten any smaller. which is weird bc when I gained all this weight they got huge.0
-
nope thank god lol0
