    What a fabulous weight loss story. I love how you just decreased portions and found healthier, lower calorie versions of what you normally eat. I so agree with this and it will make maintenance easy. I tried to be low carb for years without maintaining as I always wanted to go back to my carbs.

    Wow! That's such an amazing achievement! Well done sticking to it and not giving up. You look so much better and healthier for it :) I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in July and you've really given me a boost seeing you in your dress :) That must have felt great. I have 19lb to go, I know it's not huge amounts but it's something I've been meaning to do for the past 2 years and now I've got a real incentive. Thank you again for your inspiration :)

    As her husband i'm so proud of her and she is such an insiration to me and because of that i was 16st and now i have lost 2st 7lbs and i have 1 stone left and i couldnt of done it without her. she has helped me get through the hard times of wanting to snack on the bad things. After reading her post and all the replies i couldnt of been prouder and i wish everyone all the best with there tagets and goals.and maybe one day i might be able to share some pictures
