    Almost 4 weeks ago I was about 122-124 lbs. and I didn't have a set goal but was aiming for near 115. To my surprise I passed that, and now I'm at 108 although I'm not sure how I feel about this haha

    I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 135. This would put me at a size 7 and back at my high school weight! :happy: 40 lbs. to go!!

    I haven't seen 120 in 8 years and that is my goal. I'm currently 134.

    My SW was 270, my CW is 250, and right now my goal is to be the weight I was in high school, which was about 200-215. My ultimate goal is 150 though!

    I'm at 172. Goal is between 150-160. I usually feel healthiest at this size. My pics show the range between 145-180.

    I feel like one lucky thing about being a shorty is that when I drop weight it's usually noticeable fairly quickly. So, that's one thing to be happy about!

    I'm at 141 right now. Several years ago I was in the best shape of my life - almost no fat, strong body. My weight at that time was 122. Since then I've had a baby, so I figure I will probably never reach that weight again. My first goal weight is right around 130-132, and if I can manage that, I want to get down to 125-127. If I get THAT, I will maintain, because my "best weight" was with a crazy amount of exercise. :P

    I'm currently 149.2lbs and my first goal is 133lbs and if I'm still not happy I'd ultimately like to TRY and get to 120-126lbs so I can fluctuate comfortably :smile:

    I carry it most on my hips, thighs and belly :grumble:

    I'm 5'4". I started this journey three years ago at roughly 185. I'm now in the high 150's (the weight I used to weigh up until 5 years ago starting in high school). My end goal is to see what I look like at 130 and determine from there if I will lose a few more pounds or put a few back on.

    I got down to my lowest weight by starving myself and was not happy with the way I looked at 118 pounds. I gained all the weight I had lost back and then some. I eat healthy now but still struggle with weight loss. I am determined to get to at least 110 pounds before I graduate in May and will not give up until I do, but overall my goal is to just be healthy, strong and happy.

    I'm 5'4 and at my lowest weight (when I was dating/living with a REALLY skinny dude and was embarrassed to eat around him for 7 months) was 129lbs. My high weight years before that 178. However, at that low weight, I was definitely what could be considered "skinny-fat" because the only way I lost the weight was basically starvation. Soon as that relationship was over, my weight zipped back up to just under 160, so I'm hoping that I can get back down into the 120's range but in a MUCH more healthy and fit way. I'm currently at 154 and sometimes I'm like aw MAN, 30lbs? How the hell? But I know it's possible, and in the end, I just want to lower my body fat %.

    I was at 154 in mid Feb, but I didn't work out (or log my food) for a couple months due to injury. I'm back up around 160.
