Hey all, just so you know... "0 calorie sweeteners" aren't really 0 calorie.
A cup of the stuff has about 200 grams. There are about 340 calories in 100 grams. You're looking at close to 700 calories in a cup of "0 calorie sweetener."
The reason for this is because the FDA doesn't acknowledge anything under 4 calories to actually have calories. Because the "1 calorie sweeteners" have under 4 calories for a little packet, they're considered totally calorie-free.
JUST USE SUGAR. Cup of sugar = 775 calories. Cup of "0 calorie sweetener" = 680 calories.

I think I'll try these this weekend! I have such a bad sweet tooth (which is probably why I am the way I am today!!!) Would it defeat the lo-cal purpose if I add frozen yogurt to it when eating?0

Hmm. I tried these today.. they weren't as good as I was hoping.. didn't stop me from eating two, but at least it was only 80 calories0
