Well, this week wasn't so good. But at least I still had a loss. I keep calculating according to my last weeks weight. Should each week's percentage lost be total percentage since the beginning?
So far 4.4 pounds and 2%
One more week to lose 2%. Yikes! Guess I'll skip the red wine tonight. I'm so doing this next month! Thank you for setting it up!

Yay, I made it past 4% before the end of the month! And, I've just made it past 25% off my orignal starting weight from back in July. Looking forward to next month. I'll be checking in again on Saturday to give the final weigh-in!
