    Well, I took the challenge and my goal was 9lbs to be 4%. Starting weight was 231, finishing weight was 224. I lost 8 pounds. I didn't quite make it, but, close. I will try again in April for 4%. I'll take 8 pounds over 0 pounds I guess. Thanks for the challenge.

    Final Weigh-in:

    I don't know what to do with this one. As of Thursday, the scale said 130. Then yesterday it said 129.2. Then this morning it said 127.6. Can that be? I do tend to go slow, slow, slow and then show a bigger drop, but I don't know if I can trust this one. It was also that TOM, so there may have been some water retention that I finally shed this week.

    I'm tempted to just go with the 129.2 - I just don't think the 2.6 pounds is going to hold up. I'll just post both. It will be interesting to see my starting weight for next month's challenge!

    I guess I just showed why you should only weigh yourself once a week and not every day (something I already know, but just don't follow).

    Either way, I'm making progress and I see and feel changes and that's all that matters. Even at the 129.2, I'm close to 1 pound per week.
