    Made this last night. Used Brown Sugar, and Light Cream Cheese... But it was VERY GOOD. VERY MOIST but VERYYY ADDICTIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    ok, i am beginning to think i didn't do something right. i love all the ingredients but i didn't think this tasted good. I did use egg beaters but i normally can never tell the difference when i use them. i used a mixer becuase the cream cheese is hard to stir, even when softened. i even let it cool in the fridge and didn't like it then either. i feel like i did something wrong becuase everyone else loves it...lol

    i made this over the weekend. based on the picture i was expecting more of a bread texture/taste. the flavor was awesome...just like pumpkin pie. but unfortunately, it was not like bread at all. it was just pumpkin pie in loaf form without a crust...which is not what i was going for/expecting.

    I just made this. I used pureed dates instead of splenda and neufchatel cheese instead of the fat free cream cheese. Eh, it was okay. The texture is much more like pumpkin pie than bread. I couldn't taste the cream cheese either. I'll enjoy finishing the batch but won't make it again.
