Yum. I like the WW recipe, too:
1 small pkg. sugar free vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin (not mix)
2 cup skim or 1% milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix together and refrigerate.
