    I like doing banana ice cream (take a frozen banana and run it through a food processor, if you use the blender may need to add a little extra liquid to help blend it smooth). It comes out nice and creamy. :) Sometimes I'll add pb and maybe cocoa. If I don't want much of the banana flavor, can add more pb and cocoa... practically disapears. :D

    Frozen grapes. However, if its chocolate Im craving I make my hubby buy a candy bar and I have a nibble!

    A banana with peanut butter, red grapes, or a Vitatop Deep Chocolate..yummmmyy...they have a lot of protein an fiber and 100 calories.

    Vitatops are delish! I have some dark chocolate covered acai pieces a few times a week...mmmmm...

    Walden Farms makes a ton of calorie free products including chocolate sauce and caramel sauce that you can dip fruit in. They also make a ton of other products. We have them here at my local Shaws Grocery store but here is the website.

    I love merry's tarts too but they have almost 400 calories in them so unless you have the calories I wouldn't.

    I love merry's tarts too but they have almost 400 calories in them so unless you have the calories I wouldn't.

    but if you are going to indulge in dessert, having nourishing foods like this is far better than the chemical version!
