It sounds good but the calorie count isn't exactly low! I'd nix the cheese and swap out half the chicken for something lighter. I'm thinking shredded cabbage would give it a nice crunch.

Long before I joined MFP I used to do something similar with homemade vegetarian chili. Sometimes I'd make it into canapes by roasting thick sweet potato slices and topping them with the chili, Greek yogurt, and green onions. You could do the same thing with the BBQ chicken if you're looking for a good appetizer/snack.

Sounds delish. Even my picky teenage son would eat it.

How would you make oven green bean fries? I love the actual "fried" ones at Friday's.

As requested, the green bean fries!! Find them here:

Oh hell yeah... you had me at BBQ as well. The onion should be a great complement to this.

OMG. I have to try this. Sweet potatoes are my new favorite food (having just tried them for the first time at age 34). My husband will love this too.

I made this last night and it was SO GOOD!!! I plan to make this once a week!!! I did cut out some calories by not using so much olive oil and hardly any cheese though.
