    WOW, made this for tea and it was amazing!
    I used spray oill and poached the chicken. Topped with light sour cream, coriander and a little bit of bacon and served with some veg, was around 400 cal all up. Family is fighting for the leftovers tomorrow.. I will definately be making this one again :happy:

    Oooh we just made these tonight! Sooo delicious!! Mine only came to 377 calories for 2 halves in the recipe builder. Thanks for sharing!!! :) Here are the ingredients we used (I halved the recipe):

    Sweet potato - Cooked, baked in skin, without salt (Sweetpotato), 3 large
    Sweet Baby Ray's - Original Bbq Sauce, 4 TBS
    Sargento - Reduced Fat Shredded Natural Mild Cheddar, 1/2 cup
    Generic - Onion - Red (Biggest Loser Complete Calorie Counter), 0.5 medium
    Perdue - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - Select Size Filets, 8 oz
    Oil - Olive, 1 tsp
    Generic - Bacon , 1 slice
    Generic - Fresh Cilantro, 2 tbsp
