    I try to keep may calories between 1200 and 1800 depending on the activity level of my day. I am military so I do vigorous calistenics and running for about an hour 3 days a week along with warehouse work all day long. I try to make it to the gym for about an hour (30 min cardio 30 min strength) after work. About to try the 30 day shred starting next week!

    My daily calorie intake is 1,000-1,200 calories and around 1400 calories on a 'cheat' day.
    In November 2011, I started doing an hour Tae Bo workout every day.
    Starting last month (Feb. 2012), I now do an hour and a half Tae Bo workout in the morning, an hour Tae Bo workout in the evening and 40 minute power walking/jogging combo- 6 days a week.
    I make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and haven't had any sugary drinks since November of last year.
    I allow myself a 'cheat' day once a week- which can mean as little as a candy bar or as much as pizza for dinner- whatever I am craving most for the week.

    I eat from anywhere between 1,000-1,200 calories a day. I switch it up a fair bit to keep my metabolism up.
    I do cardio every other day as a goal, but if I can fit it in every day, I do!

    My caloric intake varies between 850-1200 daily just for the simple fact I do the low carb/high protein diet. This is what has worked for me and has allowed me to over come obesity. It hasn't been easy but I DID IT!

    Exercise: I really don't do much exercise besides taking our dogs for daily 1/2 hour or 45 mins walks. And playing volleyball for 1.5 hours once a week. Also, I eat about 70% of my work out cals back.

    a goal of weighing 104lbs is REALLY low = 7st 6lb = underweight bmi
    Please be carefull you are already slim (124lb = 8st 8b ie PERFECT / VERY slimweight)

    MFP has my calorie goal set at 1400, which is enough that I don't have to eat my work out calories back to be satiated, but I allow myself to if I feel like it. I try to do 20-30 minutes of cardio (mostly treadmill and elliptical) 4-5 days a week and then I always do a few sets of push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc., before I get in the shower each night.

    MFP has my calorie goal set at 1200, and I try REALLY hard to get close to that many. The only exercise I am currently doing is the 30DS- i'm on day 12- and yoga, but plan to start running within the week!

    I started eating 1200 calories while working out six days a week. Started getting really hungry.
    Moved to 1300 calories working out six days a week. Stopped losing weight, started bouncing between 126-125.
    Now eating 1500 calories and working out four days a week. Dropped 2lbs during the first four days of eating 1500 cals (and with no workouts).
    Still losing while eating way more than I thought possible!

    1490 cals. I eat some of my exercise cals back. I never eat the same amount of cals everyday. But I hardly ever go over maybe twice in 8 mths. Going to get to 170 so I can donate a kidney to my husband then I am going for my ideal.

    I eat 1400-1800 depending on exercise. I work out 6 days a week, will start lifting again next week once I get the all clear from my doctor. The number on the scale isn't my ultimate goal, it's the BF %!

    Exercise: 30DS 4 times a week and Zumba 60mins 2 times week. I eat 1600 cals per my BMR and eat my calories back only if I need, i.e if am starving 30mins post workout.

    I lost my first 5 lbs on Ideal Protein last summer. I quit the program after a week, I was starving and not in a very good mood so I quit. I started Turbo Fire exercise dvd on January 23rd. The first four weeks I ate 1500 calories working out 6 days a week. Now I eat 1400 calories working out 6 days a week. I will re-evaluate at the end of next week to determine my calories again.

    Exercise: I am at 1200 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week, I do eat my calories i burn because i would go into starvation mode. I have a 30 day workout plan that i have and i also do zumba 2-3 times a week! Love zumba. I just started back on losing weight a few weeks ago. :D

    I have been doing MFP since mid January, and "changing my lifestyle" since mid-December. It feels SO slow, but I just taking it one day/week at a time. I try to stick to around 1260 cals per day, and have my macros set at 40% protein, 35% carbs, and 25% fats. I am consistently UNDER calories and struggle with getting enough protein, but I'm not always starving, and I quit eating when I'm full.

    MFP set me at 1200 and I stay almost right at it daily. Some days I'm 10 under and some days I'm 10 over. I will eat back my exercise calories if I'm hungry. I see no point in eating them if I'm not hungry.

    I was down to 110-113 but I went off the wagon and got up to 124 so I am trying to get back down. I was only eating 1200 cals exercising 5 days a week and now I am doing 1320 eating exercise cals so I don't gain it back. 1200 is really low.

    I work out 7 days a week and try to eat back my calories. I have problems on weekends because I love wine and comsopolitans when we go out for dinner.
