Hey, guys...eating chips for breakfast today.

Is it normal, that after dating someone for 2+yrs that they groan and roll their eyes everytime you try to kiss them?

For some people it is. That's how it was with me and my ex-fiance only I was the one groaning and eye-rolling. Just kick him next time he does it.

I think my husband and I are still going strong because we have to spend a lot of time apart. Absence makes the heart grow fonder!

i know what you mean. The office went to chilis for lunch today. I looked up my calories and i can see why i weighed 300 lbs. It is so easy

Mmmmm....Chili's. I am right there with you. I have to stay completely away from places like that if I want to have even a chance. The only time I can even think of it is after my long ride on Saturday. Then I have to choose between a little splurge in what I eat or having a couple of drinks. Choosing sucks!!

I love Chili's chicken fajitas - if I need to I skip the cheese sour cream and guac, or the kids grilled chicken sandwhich is yummy...they also have the healthier options and I've had the steack and the grilled chicken off there too - all good and none too bad...

I think she's right for some it is normal....I got married at 18 and we've always been very affectionate with one another - even more so after I had cancer....

You should call him on it - threaten that if he won't kiss you without rolling his eyes than you won't ......well I think you get the idea - (all in a fun way of course)

I have called him on it, and he's always 'tired' and 'doesn't want to talk about it'. Says he just doesn't like 'face' stuff. Whatever thats supposed to mean. And yea, come bedtime it's a different story. :grumble:

I just wonder why I'm wasting all this money on rent, etc when I could be living at my moms for free making a bigger dent in my $40k debt.

My husband always mawls me and I'm the one pushing him away. Why is that? I think cause I'm always thinking about where and when I'll get my next sugar fix!  God love 'em for stickin' with a crazy woman all these years!

I am really excited...I bought a road bike (bicycle) a couple of months ago and I have been riding like it is my job, but tomorrow will be the real test. I am going on a 40 mile group ride with one of the local clubs here in Corpus Christi, TX. Thankfully it is early, so it won't be so hot, but I'll let y'all know how it goes...if I'm not too beat up to post tomorrow.

No kidding. It's all about the padding!! Luckily I found that out on one of my earlier rides and have invested in some good riding gear. I like the stationary bike, too. If it's too nasty outside, I will ride the stationary, but for some reason it hurts my butt worse than my road bike...go figure.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't weigh-in the last 2 weeks. I've been having a terrible time with everything lately, which means, no I haven't been doing too good on my weight. But I've only gain 2 to 3 pounds, so not as much as I thought.

I'm jealous, bogart! I've still got my nose stuck in a book. I worked out yesterday and then hit the books. I was so restless just sitting there that I was dancing while I was reading! Now that I've started being more active I can't stand to be lazy! Just 26 more days and I'll be FREEEEE!!!!!

My DH husband was nice enough to take the kids for me this morning bring them to church and then bring them out to eat while I have a restful day at home and just relax. Its my DH's cardio day so I think we will be going for a jog today we will see if he can keep up with his wife. *grins*

So I was going past the mirror the other day (because I look at myself almost everyday just to see how much I have changed. ) However, this time I was just passing by and WOW I can't believe how much weight I have lost in my face. I am getting skinny.

Here is some hummor for you today. As my son was saying goodbye he squeezed me really hard and I was like hey let go and he said that he was trying to make me skinnier. If that only worked.

I will be in the same shoes soon. On top of working night shift for the Coast Guard and fitting in the excersize, I have decided that I need to go back to school, so starting in a couple of months I will be the one with my face in the books. I am kinda nervous, but really excited, too.

BTW, I was just wondering...has anyone done any research on "organic" food? I have heard a lot of different things about it, but was just wondering ewhat everyone thinks. I know it is way more expensive than the other foods, which doesn't make sense since it is supposed to be LESS processed than the other foods. Just looking for some feedback. I'll be looking into it on my own, too, but I was wondering what y'all thought.

I told my husband I wanted to go organic and he told me no so I haven't done much with it but I know that Jillian Micheals swears by it. Good luck.

Ok, I'M jealous. Which Coast and where's the beach? I just finished putting away my Christmas stuff, :noway: cleaning the garage with my DH and picking up my Sweety's poop. Yup, her on my ticker.:smooched: Beautiful day out FINALLY. I'm docking calories for that. I found a good website that calculates it, (Fitness Partner Connection Jumpsite!)and damn-we've been working hard! Feels good to get it done! I was studying yesterday for my Fitness Theory exam for tomorrow and thought...I won't ever teach aerobics again...so I'm not going to write it. COP-OUT! :noway: Nope, back to Nursing I will merrily go.

j-I think I'm coming out. How far are you from the Hotel? Let's go jogging together!!! Let me know cause I have to bring my proper shoes...:drinker:
