    Tues: 228 - basic strength training with jumping jacks

    Thur: 169 - cycling
    Fri: 670 - 40 mins C25K
    Sat: 222 - walking
    Sun: 122 -walking

    Total: 2859


    Damn, need 641 for the week :( I fail....maybe next week will be better!
