I am not sure on the calories, but have you tried the coffee mug cake.

1 box angel food cake (the kind with one mix, some come with 2 bags you have to mix)
1 box any flavor cake mix (I used devil's food)
Mix these together and keep in an airtight container

When you want one, spray a coffee mug with Pam.
    1/4 cake mix
    2 tablespoons water
    mix well.
    microwave for 1 minute

You can top with Fat Free Cool Whip if you want. :)

Lots of water! It really helps.

Oh and sugarless gum. The dessert ones are great.

I'll have some hot tea and a Fiber One bar.

...And save calories for the end of the night if you know you will eat again.

I try to make it a rule not to eat anything after dinner. If I just tell myself no, sometimes it's enough. Sometimes I just go to bed and try to sleep and pray I don't wake up in the middle of the night. lol

at night - oh boy, am i addicted to sweets. I try super hard to clear my mind of thinking of chocolate, cookies, cake, etc but then that is all i can think about and i will not be happy until i get a piece! any advice on how to override this way of thinking?!

    1. I take Herbalife snack defense
    2. I Brush my teeth so I don't have the urge
    3. I also try not to eat after dinner unless I have to take a medication that I have to eat with.
    and both seem to help.

I am a chocoholic! There is no "just one bite" for me! So I bought Fiber One brownies, they have about 90cals, 8g of sugar and I think 3 or 5g of fat. They actually taste like a brownie and the fiber content keeps me feeling full.

Have a bowl of cereal - or even a serving of cereal without milk. Special K Red Berries or the chocolate one are sweet and not too bad for you. A serving of Cocoa Puffs has about 100 calories and almost no fat.

    Gets that chocolate craving out.

a good piece of dark chocolate. I love Dove promises. Serving size is 5 or 6 pieces but i can only eat 1 maybe 2 just enough sweet to satisfy. also, you could try a smoothie like a tart cherry smoothie, sweet and has sleep aid benefits. also, i really like Special K Chocolate cereal. love the little bits of dark choc!

    Cherry Juice 1/4 cup
Almond milk (or reg skim milk) 1/2 cup
    Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Frozen cherries (if you would like) 1/2 cup
    if not frozen add ice.

I even add a little protein powder to it to satisfy hunger.

I have a low cal hot chocolate with a shot of brandy in it most evenings.

The hot choc fixes and sweet craving and the brandy sends me to sleep so I can't eat any more lol

    105 cals too. I like!

I find that in the evening, I drink a cup of hot tea with honey or a low fat hot chocolate. If I am in need of crunch, I like the mini Luna bars. They are only 80 calories and if eaten slowly can satisfy.

I love chocolate too. I actually buy chocoloate Chips and measure out a tablespoon and then I eat them one by one. They're like little Hershey kisses and are only 70 calories. You get the same flavor and impact with 1 chip vs 1 kiss and you can eat a lot more of them!

I try chewing dessert gum, unsweetened herbal teas, or I just go for a 100 cal nabisco pack.
