Do you shower at the gym?

    No, it is literally 2 minutes from my house so what's the point of showering there!

    This, I could walk there in less than 5 minutes so there's no point

    No. One reason being I have a thing about being naked anywhere but my house, as someone else mentioned.

    Also, my gym isn't really equipped for it. I'm the only female I've seen go to the gym. The female toilets/changing room is the equivalent of a disabled person's toilet in a public place. One door/room, no cubicles, just a small room with a toilet, sink, and an (out of order) shower.

    I go home, and have a bath there (I don't much care for showers anyway)

    I work out in the middle of the day at the gym at my work so I have to shower or else I'd be stinky the rest of the day. I usually just do a quick shower though (don't do my hair or anything, just a body wash) and get back to my work day! They have individual private showers and provide towels though so it's not too bad. I always bring my change of panties and bra with me into the stall though, I'm not big on walking around in the buff!

    No, i walk out the gym with a red face and soaked through top hoping i dont see anyone. Its only a 10 minute drive home.

    I have no choice. I'm military so part of our day is PT time. They give us shower time of course, but I live 40 minutes from base so I wouldn't have the time. Not many of the ladies walk around butt naked and I certainly don't. Most of us go into the shower stall with shirt and shorts on and undershirt for the uniform and undies walking out, with a towel as well. But I definately always have my shower shoes! The other day I somehow only brought one and had to take a one legged shower.

    Only if I have to go to work right after the gym session, yes. If not, I bring an extra shirt that's not drenched in my sweat and I'll shower at home.

    You bet I do. I work out at my hospital's health center which is FABULOUS! They have private showers, towels, and every body care product you could possibly need right down to mouthwash. I love it! I also love that when I walk out the door, I'm DONE.

    I go to the gym before work so YES I shower at the gym. I have a locker there so I bring all my own supplies and they stay in my locker. Except for my towels...those I take home to wash and bring fresh ones in. I pretty much have the locker room to myself at that time of the morning.

    no i don't. has nothing to do with modesty (i'm not modest at all) i just think it's disgusting to shower in a public place. i will barely shower at someone else's home. LOL i just go home sweaty and shower there. :smile:
