Tam, you are glowing! don't think you will make it the next 18 that tiny, babies have a way of expanding fast that last 8 weeks!
Thanks. I full expect the belly to do some rapid growth soon! haha

And luckily, I only have about 17 more weeks since my OB is doing another c-section at 39 weeks. they can gain 1/2 a lb a week at the end!!

    Why a c section? I had a V B A C baby, why can't you?

    I don't get camping...
I mean hard core camping.....tent...no bathroom, wild animals etc

I can see going away to a hidden romantic little log cabin nestled miles away from civilization...with a bed, fire place.... toilet and running water

I love camping...sitting by the fire, drinking ummmmm water, yeah water :glasses: , smores, and you can make some great food on a fire, chatting with your friends or family or whoever you take with you, and all kinds a stuff. We usually go canoeing, tubing, or kayaking during the days when we camp. I love it. Fresh air.......*sigh* and I love the smells of campfires and cookouts. :drinker:

I wanna go campin now :smokin:

Have fun! But you can do all those things from the comfort and safety of a great mountain lodge too! Not washing my hair in running water is no kinda fun, nor is smelling like you slept in owl droppings.

Camping calls to men's primal urge to be bitten by unidentified insects, kill random things to eat and feel like they have dragged you off by your hair to the woods for primitive breeding, I'm a full service lodge kind of gal myself. dump the tent in the dump if you ask me!

You crack me up  :flowerforyou:

I guess my love for it comes from growing up that way. We always went camping. It was soooo much fun. I miss it. But during the day we would hike, go canoeing, go see things. Then at night it was drink beer (when I got old enough...when I was young it was cook marshmallows, smores, hotdogs, and run around like little indian children) , hang out, talk, have a good time. Hmmmmmm......I guess I was kind of a tom boy growing up though. So maybe that explains it. :smokin:

Ummmmm every campground I've gone to has showers...sure you have to wear sandles in them but I never smelled like I slept in my own droppings, thank you. I was always clean. I guess I'm just not high maintenance. I like it. I love the outdoors. That's just me.

The c-section is because of the history of my last delivery.

    5 days over due

Got to 2 cm myself....and after 12 hours of being induced, got to 3 cm.

    Had the c-section

My son was 9 lbs...with a big head and shoulders. Would have gotten stuck for sure! haha

Sooo with that...they are strongly "suggesting" another one. I am fine with it!!

    Breakfast talk is over.

    Something:

If you had a choice of being a movie star or rock star, which would you choose? (and you can't cross over)

    Discuss.

Movie sta!!!, you can be many different characters while still being yourself, rock stars are short lived usually then die of drug or alcohol related illnesses, not all, but lots.

Yeah... Movie Star.. you can do so much more.

THEN AGAIN.. A rock star would be cool if you stayed clean (no drugs).

OH and you can take clean sheets with you, leave em in your trunk and change them during the day if you'd like also. I do that. And the air mattress is quite comfy, thank you  You can take extra TP just in case....you can take supplies with you, ya know. But just because I like doesn't mean everyone else does and just because other people don't like it doesn't mean its wrong to go either.

I make no accusation, I am talking about the roughing it, lets drag our camping gear miles away from civilization and commune with nature guys who like to dig a hole next to a tree and wipe with a leaf set. I know there are family camp grounds with services, but crawling out of a tent to walk oh a 1/4 of a mile to the public toilet is not fun for me.

I personally wouldn't wanna be either one of em. I can't stand the press. People following you, in your business, naaaa you can keep that lifestyle :flowerforyou: I would, however, enjoy hitting the powerball and living with that kind of money

I would choose being an actress. I think I could handle the lifestyle better. I wouldn't want to do the "tour" thing and all that goes with it as a rock star.

However, as an actress I would enjoy the movie set locations and the tours that go with promoting a film. Doesn't seem QUITE so hectic.

Plus, I've always thought how cool it would be to win an Academy Award!!! And yes, I used to practice my speech on a hairbrush when I was little!! :blushing:

I would vote for you Tam! did you try to squeeze out a tear to show pure emotion in the mirror too! I did, I fantasized I was Marilyn Monroe's lost child.  great fun

Uh, "what would you do if you won the lottery" is not the topic, missy.

True, but if she won the lottery, she could buy herself a role in a big movie and be an actress too:smile:

Hmmmm never actually seen anyone dig a hole and use a leaf :noway: But whatever....that is a totally different camping experience then. And as for walking....I don't mind the exercise and fresh air walk. Just make sure you don't sit on the seats   I never do unless I'm home anyway:wink:
