The highest I remember weighing myself at was 385. I am 220 now and have a goal weight in mind of 205. (I am 6ft 3in)
Once I get to 205, I will evaluate if I want to lose more or not, I am lifting weights and have a build in mind that I hope to look like some day.0 -

At this very moment I am the most I have ever weighed. I am 334 lbs 5'3". I have been obese my entire life. My goal is 130.
I've made big changes to my eating habits (which was not hard, seriously, I just had to make healthy options the ONLY option) and started drinking water almost exclusively excepting a few cups of tea throughout the day and the occasional 0 cal 0 sugar soda. I've been working out 7 days a week with a combination of 30 Day Shred, dancing, pilates and walking.
I am super optimistic about my goals.0 -

Hi, I gained up to 156 lbs., I am relatively short so it wasn't a good look to me, anyhow I have lost 15 lbs. of that and just recently gained 6lbs. of it back, My target goal is 145-150 lbs. to be considered healthy according to my BMI.0

The most I weighed was 225. The day I saw that I had let myself get that high was a horrible day for me. So I started watching my weight and by the time I started using this site (two and a half weeks ago) i was down to 219.4. I am about 5'5" and my goal is to get down to at least 145lbs.

I'm 5'8.5" (174cm), and I think at one point I may have got up to about 200/210lb, but due to circumstances I didn't actually weigh myself during that time.
I was 190lb when I decided to diet. I'm currently 185lb.
My goal weight is 132lb (on the lower end of my healthy weight/height ratio thing simply because I have practically no muscle mass, a small bone structure, and if I set it any higher I'll end up sitting happily at about 160, lounging around with my weight, when technically I'll still be overweight. Ha.)0 -

highest weight was recently of 192 (non pregnant but my highest pregnant was 202 so not much more and I weighed 173 just 10 days after I gave birth in late April so how sad is that!?). currently 186 and goal of 125 depending on how I look, muscle, etc. My lowest adult weight was 103 at 19. I am a shorty 5"2.0
