The highest I have ever weigh was 193, but that was over 15 yrs ago, and the lowest was 137 which was 10 yrs ago. My goal is to maintain at 135 to 1400

starting weight 186, current weight 160, goal weight for now is 130. my absolute heaviest was the day i gave birth to my son at a wopping 198!! i'm 5'20

245 is my high weight.
Current is 191
Goal is between 135-150
My lowest was 110 and a size 4.. not going there again, not sustainable for me.
Really is more about my physique than a weight. I will wear at least a size 7 and medium tops.0 -

Maxed out somewhere between 250 and 260. (I'm 6' even.) Was officially 240 when I started here. My goal is all about a particular body fat percentage, so I expect to ultimately stop trying to lose at around 170 and have a final weight after toning between 170 and 180. (I'm currently 176.)0

This is really inspiring. So many ppl here have lost soooo much weight.
Sigh...I'm 5'6. Higest was around 180 (or so). Currently 162. I'd like to see 145 and then maybe just work on toning.0 -

215 was my highest weight which I hit close to the end of last year.
My current weight is 193, and my goal is 120.0 -
The most I've weighed is 178...I lost 20 and got stuck, that's when I started MFP. I'm now down to 136! My goal...129?
But I know me, I might get to 129, and think I could loose another lb or 2.0 -
