I love Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I just got it and am on Level 1 Day 4. The first day was so hard. I couldn't believe how out of shape I am. My body ached for days after. I had to take several days off after doing Day 1! But I have pushed through to Day 4 and I have improved in just 3 workouts. It is amazing.
I am going to do all 30 Days. I hope I have good results! She does work you out for 22 hard minutes!
After this I might check out Insanity. But that one seems like it has a lot of wrist/hand on floor exercises. I have delicate wrists! Ouch.0
