Wow I've battled from obese to over weight and now just barley I'm normal. I was danceing around my livingroom in my pj's at 6 am this morning(oops sorry downstairs neighbours)
I really can't beleive that this is me I DID IT I'm not quite where I want to be yet but I've keep my goals in sight loged till my fingers hurt (I'm a one finger typer) and drank more water than I care to remember yeah I'm soo excited:bigsmile:

    I've been looking and my wii weight log and looking back at my journey it's all there except the first 2 weeks( my 4 year old erased it) and it feels amazing to have a visual progress of day to day another point for the wii.
    I had just accepted the fact I was going to be fat for years and never cared enough to do anything about it my point is if I can do it anyone can so good luck to all of you you deserve it and you are worth it:flowerforyou: :drinker: :happy:
