    It's so reassuring that I'm not alone with this "apple" shaped body. I carry all the weight in my belly and butt. I always said if I can get rid of the belly fat, I would feel more comfortable in my own skin. It's definitely inspiring to see everyone's after pictures showing their successes. It's motivation, for sure! I'm down almost 5 pounds and can start to see a difference in my waist. Favoriting this thread for the future :smile:
