Argh, my camera is terrible. Veggie Reuben with Emmental (Swiss) Cheese, sauerkraut and a homemade dressing. I don't use meat substitutes currently (unless you count paneer). On the side, parsnip fries with chili powder and cinnamon and arugula/rocket dressed with balsamic vinegar.

  • We eat mostly vegan/ vegetarian and this thread is great! I need to figure out how to bookmark - there are days worth of meal ideas here.

BTW, a really fun meatless recipe site is Post-Punk Kitchen, if you haven't been there. Here's the link: http://www.theppk.com/.

    Thanks for this great thread!

I'm legitimately obsessed with quiche. This was so much my favorite so far that I felt the urge to pinpoint all the awesome within it.

  • It all looks so tasty! Gotta try that raw vegan pad thai this summer. It looks like it's similar to the green papaya salad.

WOW! I was hoping to get inspired by looking at some pics of yummy food but after looking through all these photos, I can honestly say, I am so glad that I'm not a vegetarian! :noway:

I'm not vegetarian either, but I can't wait to try a lot of these. So delicious looking.

Loving this thread. I am vegetarian (and I don't eat dairy either). I'm looking forward to trying most of these recipes. There are some ingredients that I have never heard of (e.g. "sriracha" - what is this?) but I reckon I can try some of them.

I would love to posts some of my own meals/recipes later as well.
