Argh, my camera is terrible. Veggie Reuben with Emmental (Swiss) Cheese, sauerkraut and a homemade dressing. I don't use meat substitutes currently (unless you count paneer). On the side, parsnip fries with chili powder and cinnamon and arugula/rocket dressed with balsamic vinegar.

We eat mostly vegan/ vegetarian and this thread is great! I need to figure out how to bookmark - there are days worth of meal ideas here.

I'm legitimately obsessed with quiche. This was so much my favorite so far that I felt the urge to pinpoint all the awesome within it.

Stir Fry with a load of veg and Fry's vegetarian beef style strips. Cals 590 Carbs 90 Fat 17 Protein 31
A bit boring but I do love a big pile of veg. Cals 430 Carbs 74 Fat 7 Protein 14
A vegetarian Shepherds Pie with a low fat Cheese topping on the mash. Cals 534 Carbs 77 Fat 8 Protein 35
This is one of my favourite treats, Tomatoes cooked on toast along with baked milk and cheese. Cals 361 Carbs 45 Fat 12 Protein 160 -

This is a super easy and quick meal.
Two slices of 5 cheese garlic toast and a side of roasted red pepper and garlic sauce, and sugar snap pea stir fry with Italian seasoning, sparkling key lime water.0 -

Loving this thread. I am vegetarian (and I don't eat dairy either). I'm looking forward to trying most of these recipes. There are some ingredients that I have never heard of (e.g. "sriracha" - what is this?) but I reckon I can try some of them.
