Why don't you just keep some yoghurts in your fridge, even low fat ones can be about 100 cal. Or a cheesestring is 66 cal, a cup of hot chocolate, some biscuits, a couple of pieces of fruit....0

My snacks are either Bananas - about 100 cals in a medium one, or pretty much any dried fruit too, I find them filling even in small quantities (58 cals in a 20g portion of raisins or sultanas)
or Cheese - hard cheddar by itself if I'm low on left over carbs, but on crackers/oatcakes with a smear of butter (UK spread type, not the pure stuff) - I'm usually struggling for carbs, but have tons of fat/protein to spare, so this is a good one for that.
or Nature Valley bars - 2 in a pack are 195 calories, plenty carbs and very filling, sweet too if you're having a bit of a craving.
And mmm Olives - but I avoid those 'cos I could eat a whole jar, especially the garlic stuffed variety, and then they're not healthy any more, lol.
