    Did you follow the diet to a T?? No lactose/soy? I'd have trouble with that one...

    I posted the worout routine in the origional post if you want to see what my routine was.

    I didn't get my bodyfat tested so I have no idea what the difference was. Substantial though, I would think.

    No lactose, soy or any other kinds of "milk" it sucked.

    can I ask how much carb you ate as a female

    This is what I am think since he does cut out 1/4 cup carbs soon I think I will start with this

    6 AM Meal 1: 1 Cup Egg Whites, 1 Cup Oats
    8 AM Meal 2: Post Workout: Whey Shake + Vitargo
    10:30 AM Mid Morning: 3/4 Cup Rice , 3.5 OZ (100 Grams) Protein
    12:30 PM Lunch: 3/4 Cup Rice, 3.5 Oz (100 Grams) Protein, 1/2 Cup Broccoli
    2:30 PM Mid Afternoon: 3/4 Cup Rice , 3.5 OZ (100 Grams) Protein, 1/2 Cup Broccoli
    4:30 PM Evening: 3/4 Cup Rice, 3.5 OZ (100 Grams) Protein, 1/2 Cup Broccoli
    6:30 PM Dinner: 3.5 OZ (100 Grams) Protein, 1/2 Cup Broccoli
    8:30 PM Before Bed: Casein

    Calories: 2600 Carbs 320 Gram, Fat 36 Gram , Protein 278 (47/41/12)
