I was a 15 pants and XL-XXL in shirts. There is one pic in my profile, the one in the pencil skirt and red sweater. I might have lost a few lbs before that pic was taken, but not much because I wore that outfit at 196.
ETA: Actually, the one of me in the dress with the red sweater and my hubby was exactly at 196. I forgot that one was still in there. And I'm only 5'4", I didn't see the part about height. I'm a shorty. :-)0 -
at 195 i was wearing a 18 and 16 sizes and i am 5'4 but i had just also had my first baby and had a c section so my belly stuck out a lot. i am now down to 149 and wear a size 11 almost 10.. cant wait till i see the single digit never been that small, well only as a child but that dont count lol0

12, I'm tall at 5'10 so 195 looks totally different on me0
-
At 5'2" I was wearing 16/18 and XLs0

Size 10 on bottom and maybe 12 on top. BF at 27%. I'm 5'5 but very muscular.0
-
I'm 5'3" and I am 192.8 but I wear a size 13/14...0
-
I'm 5'6''. I wore anywhere between a size 10 and 14 in pants depending on designer, cut and design. I also wore a large in tops and dresses. I could manage a medium if the chest had more give. I'm quite busty.0
-
I am 5'6.5 and when i was 165 pounds i was a size 9. it usually takes me 15-20 pounds to gain or loose a size, so i would say at 195 i would be in about a 12. im 278 now and in a 18-20 depending on the brand.0
-
5'6" here and I was a 14, and anywhere from a med-XL in tops depending on the brand of clothes.0
-
I was wearing size 16 and XL tops. I'm 5'10. Now at 153 I'm wearing M shirts and size 8 pant.0

wow..these replies are really making me feel fat....I'm 5'7" and comfortable/loose in a 16....tight in a 14 (sometimes comfortable depending on the brand).....I would LOVE to be a 10 or 12 right now...that would be amazing...0
-
5'6 and 190lbs, I am in size Large top, and size 16 pants, although they are just starting to get loose.0
-
I'm 5'6" and I would be in a 16 at that weight, but I'm a "pear"...so top would be 140
-
192 was my highest weight. I am 5'9 or 5'10 14 pants (getting snug) and xl and xxl shirts (40 DD)...dresses and bathing suits were really depressing..16 & 18 dresses and 18 bathing suits.0

I don't have pics, but I am 5'6 and at 195 I was a 16. I am now 169 and still a 14, my thighs and butt need to budge. My waist has wittled down nicely. That junk in the trunk is not going anywhere yet.0

I'm currently 206 5'6 and I'm wearing 16 or 18 and large - xlarge shirts.0
-
I'm 5;4" 40G...at 195 I was a size 14 jeans, 16 slacks, size XL or XXL top depanding on the cut. I'm now 175 and am a size 10 jeans, 12 slacks, size LG or XL top. what I have found is every 10-15 pounds is a dress size. Good Luck!0

5'10, I was a size 10 or 12 at that weight0

bump, interested in these answers. I'm hoping to be at least a 14 by 195...but I'm at 211 and can "squeeze" into a 16....but wearing an 18 comfortable. lol So not sure 15lbs will make that big of a difference.
PS - I'm 5'9 ... Man I must have a big butt after looking at some of the answers so far. haha
I am 5'9 and just weighed in at 196. I can zip up 14s but wouldn't wear the out quite yet :blushing:15 lbs is going to make a difference!!!
PS I have a big butt and I LOVE IT !!!!0 -
I'm 5'10 and I was a size 8/10 at that weight.... Depends how much muscle to fat ratio u have! Everyone should lift weights at least a couple times a day.0
-
I'm so surprised by the answers here! I'm 195 lbs right now and I'm a perfect size 16 on top, 18 on bottom (I'm pear-shaped, obviously). I'm between 5 ft 7 and 5 ft 8.0

5'6" and I'm at 187 but have been all the way up to 210 (not pregnant). I wore 16s right after I (finally) got out of maternity clothes and then settled into 14s. Can't wait til 12s fit, but I feel like my waist is where I carry weight so it may be a while!
edit: oh, and XL shirts comfortably... L fits, but is snug around my belly which I hate!0 -
I am 5' 6" and wore a 14- 16 depending on the fit of pants. And an XL shirt. Right now I am about 190 and my 14's are getting loose.0
-
I'm 5'3 I weigh 189 right now and I am easily sliding into 14's and even some 12's. Mostly size L tops. Before getting prego with my daughter, I wore a 10 at 180 lbs, size S and M on top and Mediums on bottom. Working out with weights makes a huge difference! I know women who are taller and weigh less than me that wear a bigger size. Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat, but it takes up WAY less room!0

5'3.5" size 18 pants, 22 shirt[or 2x in mens]0

My high weight was 190 and I was wearing a size 18, bordering on a 1x. I am 5'4".0
-
I'm 5'9" tall and at 195 lbs. I was wearing a 16-18. Most of the 18's were a little baggy. Tops were Xl or 18. I can't stand tight fitting clothing. My hubby tells me I wear my clothes too baggy. I am now at 176.5, and I am wearing a size 14 mostly. They are getting looser. I have a couple pairs of 12's. Yay !!! Tops are Lg. or Med. depends on how they are made.0
-
I am 5' and at 195 I was squeezing into an 18, really should have been in a 20.0
