    I'm shorter than you (just over 5'4"), but at 190, I was in 14s, but they were just slightly big. Top is a large like 85% of the time. Some brands, I pop up to an XL.

    Size is really based a lot on height. I'm 5'2" and at 195, I was a US size 18.

    Build plays a factor too. I was 5'2" and 186 and a size US 14/16 at age 18

    5'4" I was size 14-16 at around 200 lbs. Medium-large shirts depending on the fabric type.

    Not quite sure myself. I've tried on a few of my Mom's PJ pants that were medium and also bought my first pair of medium sweatpants today and they fit... I think medium is somewhere between 8-10.. or maybe 12-14.. I haven't done the research yet since I'm not sure if these are all coincidences (confidence ftw right?)

    I'm also about 192-195 (been fluctuating lately) and am 5'6.

    I am 5'2" and at 198+, I was a size 19/20, still thought I was lookin' good---I have an enormous ego---but now at 162 and losing, I am a size 12---smaller that I've ever been since before I turned 40!!!:bigsmile:

    I'm 5'2 and when I weighed 196 lbs, I wore 14s comfortably. 12s if the pants/skirt/shorts were generously cut or contained lycra. I'm hovering around 152 now, and I'm a size 10.

    At 189 I was a UK size 16 in trousers, but only in wider cuts ( i refused to go up a size). Now I am 176 and can fit into a UK size 16 skinny jeans ( haven't bought any new trousers yet because I'm broke). In tops I'm a UK size 14-16 depending on the shape and a large or medium. I'm 5'8.

    I'm 5'6" and wore mostly 14s (pants) and L/XL shirts at 195. If the cut of the shirt is super fitted, I could go into the Xs (1X-2X, etc) because the tight/clingy stuff didn't look good yet. I just broke into the 180s this week and am in 12s and 14s. Same size tops though.

    I'm 5'8" and am 216 ponds and wear a size 16 pant and L/XL top. I imagine at 195 I will wear a 12 or 14 pant.

    I'm 5'8" and at 195, I was a size 14W or 16 sometimes 18 depending on the cut and brand. I was a 1X top.

    I'm 5'6" and weigh 245ish. There is this five lbs that keeps lingering.
    Anyhow. I wear 18, and bought a 16 recently.
    I hope I'm at a comfortable 14 when I'm down to 195......

    That shirt I have on was from target size 16-18 (my largest shirt)
    The jeans either a 14 or 16.

    Down to a size 6 now! YAHOOOOOOOOO oh how i LOVE shopping now.

    at 195 I am a size 14 squeezing into a 12 (like a 10 pound sausage in a 5 pound package). top would be a 12 or large.
