    I was at 195 about 2 weeks ago. Still in my size 16 jeans, though they are getting a bit loose, and wearing a large (sometimes) but mostly XL size shirt. Good luck!

    Around 195 I was in an XL and size 16 pants. Every brand is a bit different but this was the average for me. :smile:
    Edit~ I'm about 5'6"

    I am 5'2" and 190
    I wear a 12-14 and a L top.

    I actually didn't know my new sizes until yesterday when I went bathing suit shopping.
    Before, I was always a 16-18 and XL

    I'm still unhappy with the way I look, though, so I'll spare y'all the pictures.

    Im 5ft6 and at 195lbs i was wearing a size 16 UK tops and jeans.. :) im soooo glad im not that weight or size anymore!

    In UK sizes, I was a 18 in jeans and 16 in tops. (I'm 5ft 2)

    Everyone is completely different - also sizing for Canadian and American are different too. I'm 4 lbs away from that weight and I am in a Large-XL top, stretchy bottoms usually - but can squeeze (and I mean squeeze) into size 16 jeans. 16-18 for most things.

    im about the same height as you, 5'7", and at my highest of 192 i was about a 14 in pants and an XL in tops. i dont have after pics yet, another 10 lbs and ill probably post !

    Hey when I was 195lbs I was a UK size 18-20 which is a US 16-18 I think but Im short Im only five foot four so it can depend on your height I think xx

    at 189 i was in a uk 16 think thats a us 18 ? ) but could get in a 14 if there was some stretch

    I am 5"11 and I was mostly wearing a size 14 although some of them were still tight. It was kind of an in between sizes weight for me.

    I was at 195 when I started MFP, I am now at 183 6 weeks later. I am also 5'6. At 195 I was a size 14. I am now a size twelve comfortably and looking forward to being a ten soon! Good luck

    These replys really make me wish I were tall. I'm 5'2" at 192 and wear a 16-18 pant. I'm a DD so I wear a 14-16 top or XL. I am the epitomy of hourglass shape.

    At 195 I'm a 12/14 depending on the cut. I'm very large breasted & usually have to wear a 14-16 dress because of the nummies. My profile pic is me at 193, but my breasts are much larger than they appear LOL. I"m 5'7" When I was at my top weight I was a 24...don't give up. I am aiming for 158, I'm guessing i'll be maybe a size 8? I just dunno.
