Practice, practice, practice...watch "America's Next Top Model" I love me a nice high heel, but my knees sometimes pay the price...all worth it though, I am under 5'2":grumble:

Nope, I could when I was a kid & playing dress up, I could walk in them so effortlessly.
Now, no, not at all haha. I tried on some heels the other week & almost landed on my face.

Yes I love heels, I would never wear them when I was above 160, now that I'm nearing my 130's I wear them everywhere except for walking the mall or something hahaha. I'm actually wearing 5 inch heels today :)

I don't think I've ever had issues walking in heels, though wedges do give me some trouble. I almost broke my damn neck in a pair of wedges once. D:

3.5" - 4" is about my max, because I'm really clumsy.

Get good quality heels with lots of cushion or put gel inserts in them. Also try a wider heel or wedge for better balance until you get use to the height.

Yup. I was in a sorority though, so I had a lot of chances to practice.

I still walk in heels , i'm 53. My mom still walks in heels all of the time, she's 73. I think what ruins the feet are those pointed toe shoes , I've never had a problem with heels.

My best compliments come to me when I'm wearing heels. They automatically make me feel like ten thousand bucks.

I must be one of the few people whose body has "forgotten" how to walk in heels. When I was in school I'd wear 4" heeled boots every day without worry, could walk as normal, run etc, yet as an adult I transitioned into "comfy" footwear, got used to flat boots and trainers. Now I can't wear heels the way I used to, they just huuurt! The best I can manage is a 2" heel, which I save only for job interviews :)

For added height, I will wear platforms! :)
