Anything gooey/chocolately/caramely.

Phish Food by Ben and Jerry's is good, I like the Edy's Loaded Cookies n Cream (By far the best cookies n cream and only 110 cals a serving!! WOOT), The loaded chocolate chip cookie dough is good too.

I'm up 5 pounds from my lowest last summer
I'm trying to convince myself some of that weight is from the weight training I've been doing and running (muscle)
BUT ice-cream isn't helping....:laugh:

Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey...Mmmmm! They make one of those core pints (like the Karmal Sutra) but with Peanut butter in the center...haven't seen it for years, but used to LOVE it!

I plain vanilla with some chocolate syrup.

sometimes I'll throw in a handful of chocolate chips .. a little crunch with the goo
