    Hi, I just read your post and saw the picture... I'm not sure that I'm responding the right way (first time) but I really feel encouraged by what you shared and it is sort of contageously motivating! You started out at almost the same weight that I am now and I hope I can lose all this 100 pounds that have piled onto my body over the years! Are there any tips for starting out that helped you?
